Madeleine O’Rourke brings experience in public relations, strategic communications and multimedia content development to her role at Line One. She joins the team from Florida, where she served in the Executive Office of the Governor, promoting initiatives for First Lady Casey DeSantis spanning from mental health education and economic self-sufficiency services, to cancer care and hurricane relief.

In her past role, Madeleine led the development of high-profile events, managed messaging across multiple state agencies and helped expand statewide campaigns through collaboration with nonprofits, schools and state leaders. Her work included writing press materials, overseeing website launches, directing video projects and crafting social media content for top state officials.

Madeleine began her career in editorial and communications roles at her alma mater and a political advocacy nonprofit, which sparked her passion for storytelling and strategic messaging. That path led her from a brief time as a Florida educator to state government. With a background that blends storytelling, collaboration and strategy, she brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to each project.

Madeleine holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ave Maria University. She lives in Indianapolis, where she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, sampling the local food scene and volunteering with her church.
